Abstract:Skill assessment of middle level employees was done by senior doctors on the basis of rating (0-4) in a tabulated form. The data collected from seven departments of TMH for early 2013 was in front of the HR managers. It showed the skill mapping of the complete population of the seven departments. Based on this data, the managers now had to plan and design the training programs for the individual departments. Issues:
